Gruppo Di Luca promotes a work environment characterized by openness and transparency. We encourage our stakeholders to report any serious misconduct within the Gruppo Companies. Misconduct could include financial crime, fraud, or illegal activities.
When sending a report, there should be good reasons to believe that the information is correct at the time of reporting and that the reporting is in the public interest, i.e., broader than the individual’s work situation.
How do you file a report?
To report misconduct, you can use our whistleblower portal. This portal is available to both our employees and external stakeholders. You report incidents completely anonymously.
As soon as you have filed your report, we will thoroughly investigate the matter and determine if or what actions needed to be taken. We ensure that all reports are treated confidentially.
